If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, exit this screen and the program by clicking on the "X" button on the window.

We retain all ownership and intellectual property rights to the Program and all documents relating to the Program (the "Documentation").

You may not:

Remove or modify any Programs and Documentation markings or any notice of our proprietary rights;

Make the Programs or Documentation available in a manner to any third party or use the Program or Documentation in rendering services to any other business entities or organizations (unless such access or services have been expressly authorized in advance in writing by Us);

Use the Program or Documentation to provide third party training, except for training your authorized users;

Cause or permit reverse engineering, decompilation, modification, disassembly, or alteration of the Program;

Disclose results of any Program benchmark tests without express prior written consent; or

Use the Documentation to create software that performs the same or similar functions as our Program.

You agree that the Program and Documentation contains trade secrets and information that is of value and must be treated as confidential. You further agree that you may be provided confidential information during the performance of services related to the Program.  You will not disclose these trade secrets or any other confidential information except as required by law.
